Fees

Conference registrations include lunch and coffee/tea breaks on the days of conference attendance, as well as access to all conference sessions.

If applying for PhD Conference only fee, or the PhD Summer School only fee, or PhD Conference + Summer School fee, you must upload valid proof of student status during registration (e.g., student ID or enrollment letter).

Early Bird registration will close on 16 March, 2026, full fee registration will open then.

To present at the conference, each accepted submission requires at least one registered author.

Please note that registration will remain open until capacity is reached.

The social dinner will take place on 2 June and is charged separately.
